Kathie Gilliam was a brilliant vocalist. She sang all her life and was a stand out among many. Before she departed this world in 1987, she had made an audio tape of the many songs she liked to sing. Now, 20 years later, her son, Ryan, is bringing this music to life for all to hear on the internet. There will be a site, www.kathiegilliam.com, and there will be marvelous addition to her music as Ryan, and her two sisters will remix her songs, as well as provide instrumental backing and additional vocals in an attempt to make a timeless musical creation that has her wonderful, enigmatic, voice living forever. What's here now is just her music, but there will be more coming soon.
